We are asking other community foundations to join this
program, and we will keep you updated of our progress.

Hands-on training
classes designed specifically for nonprofit staff

All staff and volunteers of
Ohio
nonprofit organizations are encouraged to attend our
hands-on software training and technology management
seminars.

Classes cover very specific topics and last only 3 hours. Quickie courses are specialized
1- to 2-hour sessions.

Hands-on training is limited to 12
students per class. (Note: Some classes may have
additional size restrictions.) Classes fill quickly, so
be sure to register early.

A minimum of 5 students is
required for each class. If the minimum is not reached,
you will be contacted with a reschedule date. Please
remember that all of these dates are tentative and
subject to change.

Classroom training is held at Info Line (703 S
Main St #211, Akron); directions are at

Cost is $60 per person.
Quickie courses are $30
per person. Summit County nonprofits with operating
budgets less than $1,000,000 are eligible for stipends
(up to $1,000). We are asking other community
foundations to join this program, and we will keep you

The registration deadline
is 2 business days before the class.

Those who register for a class but do not
attend will be charged for that class. Cancellations
must be received by 4:00 pm two days before the class in
order to be eligible for non-payment.

If you attended a class previously in the
past year, you
can repeat the class at no charge.

Please remember that all of these dates
are tentative and subject to change.

Project Connect now offers classes "on
demand": just call or e-mail to have your
name added to the list, and as soon as we
have enough folks registered, we'll schedule
the class. This way, we can run whatever
classes you need, when you need them!
